Customer Engineer – Field Service (Dubai)

About the role

The Customer Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing financial and retail equipment across an assigned territory in Dubai. This full‑time position is part of NCR Atleos' Emiratization program and is open exclusively to UAE nationals.

Key responsibilities

• Perform installation, minor repairs and component replacements on Tier I equipment such as PCs, printers, POS systems, ATMs and kiosks.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, diagnose issues and resolve incidents in line with Service Level Agreements.
• Prepare sites by installing cabling, staging equipment and performing basic testing.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory, record keeping and expense reporting.
• Collaborate with call‑center staff, security escorts and customers to ensure timely service delivery.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 0‑1 years of related experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and on‑call support.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, mechanical/electrical aptitude and personal integrity.
• Willingness to travel within the territory and handle tool kits up to 50 lb.
