Customer Experience Agent - UAE National Talent Pool

About the role

A multinational organisation operating in the Transport, Defence and Advisory sectors in the Middle East is looking for a Customer Experience Agent in Abu Dhabi. The agent provides world-class customer service to customers and supports the Operations teams and service partners in delivering operational standards, working in a large, diverse team in a new, large and open public venue.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist customers face-to-face with information about products and services, including wayfinding.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and issues, resolving problems quickly and professionally.
• Work with service partners such as the Police and GDRFA to process customers through the required steps in a timely and compliant way.
• Support the Terminal Operations Team in keeping the environment safe and secure, reporting hazards and ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
• Help prepare reports and briefings, gather and record information and complete administrative tasks accurately.

Required profile

• High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Ideally at least 1 year of experience as front-line customer service staff in retail, F&B, hotels or hospitality.
• Good understanding of dealing with customers and conflict resolution.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
