Customer Experience Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join a growing moving and relocation company in Dubai. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, guiding them from the initial inquiry through to the moving day and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Manage each customer move from booking to completion, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Coordinate with surveyors, operations teams, third‑party providers and destination agents.
• Provide regular updates to customers and respond promptly to enquiries.
• Resolve delays or issues, escalating when necessary.
• Conduct post‑move follow‑up to gather feedback and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, move coordination or customer experience within the moving and relocation industry.
• Good understanding of household goods relocation processes.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to handle multiple customers simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
