Customer Order Management Representative (Dubai)

About the role

Overseas Distribution Company (ODC) is seeking a Customer Order Management Representative to support its Antwerp/EU operations from its Dubai office in Jebel Ali Free Zone. You will own end‑to‑end order processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and reliable delivery for duty‑free and travel‑retail customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end customer order processing for EU/Antwerp operations, from entry to delivery coordination.
• Monitor daily order flows using tools such as Ordereye and ensure accurate records in Microsoft Business Central.
• Liaise with warehouse teams and logistics partners to guarantee timely, cost‑effective outbound shipments.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement and warehouse colleagues to align fulfilment with supply and demand.
• Strengthen quality in outbound order entry by applying consistent checks and safeguards.
• Provide backup coverage for the Antwerp order desk during peak periods and absences.
• Track and report key performance indicators such as order accuracy and delivery timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer order management, order processing or comparable logistics support.
• Exposure to international import/export processes; GTR or duty‑free experience is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are an asset.
• Comfortable serving European operations from Dubai and working across time zones.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics Navision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Business Central (ERP).
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with order‑tracking tools such as Ordereye (plus).
