About the role

A growing company in Dubai is looking for a Customer Service Agent to join its team and provide professional support to customers. The role involves handling inquiries across multiple channels and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Candidates should be able to work collaboratively with internal teams and maintain accurate records of interactions.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information about services and procedures.
  • Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain a positive and helpful relationship with customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams when required.
  • Record customer interactions and follow up on pending requests.

Required profile

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to communicate professionally in English.
  • Customer‑focused and responsible attitude.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
