About the role
The Customer Service Assistant supports daily branch operations by delivering courteous, professional service to banking clients and handling routine transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with their banking needs in a courteous manner.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in‑person and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Process account openings, deposits, withdrawals and other routine transactions.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of customer information and documents.
- Assist with branch record‑keeping, filing and administrative documentation.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in progress is an advantage.
- Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Arabic.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, reliability and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- General Microsoft Office competency.
