About the role

The Customer Service Assistant supports daily branch operations by delivering courteous, professional service to banking clients and handling routine transactions.

Key responsibilities

Greet customers and assist with their banking needs in a courteous manner.
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in‑person and direct them to the appropriate department.
Process account openings, deposits, withdrawals and other routine transactions.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of customer information and documents.
Assist with branch record‑keeping, filing and administrative documentation.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Required profile

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in progress is an advantage.
Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Arabic.
Professional appearance, punctuality, reliability and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Required skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
General Microsoft Office competency.
