Customer Service Officer – Entertainment Venues

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to deliver high-quality guest experiences across Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment venues, including cinemas, Magic Planet and Ski Dubai. The role is on-site and involves supporting daily operations and ensuring safety and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consistent, high-level customer service in line with company SOPs.
• Support daily operations at MAF Cinemas, handling ticketing, sales, bookings and upselling.
• Process payments (cash, card, vouchers), issue receipts/refunds and perform cash reconciliation.
• Assist guests with inquiries, complaints, tours and coordinate parties and events.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and professional standards across all venues.

Required profile

• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• UAE family book holder.
• 1-2 years experience in customer service, food & beverage or retail.
• Minimum high school education.
• Attention to detail, mathematical accuracy and ability to follow procedures.
