Customer Service Representative – Dubai Showroom

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will deliver virtual and in‑person support to Middle East and French‑speaking customers, ensuring a seamless experience from order entry to product delivery. Based in the Dubai showroom, the role combines order processing, showroom management and direct customer interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Process orders, prepare correspondence and respond to enquiries, handling approximately 80 % of daily tasks.
• Maintain a welcoming showroom environment, manage the sample library, refreshments and coordinate maintenance vendors (20 %).
• Communicate order and delivery details with customers and transportation partners to guarantee reliable deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels, analyse stock positions and proactively address customer concerns.
• Greet showroom visitors, present products, and provide weekly activity reports to the sales team.
• Support the sales team by updating Salesforce (SFDC), creating quotes and generating project reports.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of customer service experience in a sales or premium hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn and apply new tools.
• Ability to obtain and maintain work authorization in the UAE.
• Fluency in English; French or German is a plus.
