Customer Service Representative (Ecommerce)

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will deliver high‑quality support to both existing and prospective e‑commerce clients. You will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive experience that aligns with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Promote good customer relations with a friendly, can‑do attitude.
• Gather feedback from customers on services, future needs, and competitor activity.
• Assist in preparing business development and sales reports for senior management.
• Redirect inquiries to the appropriate internal personnel for resolution.
• Receive and respond to service inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date customer database.
• Analyze feedback and trigger improvement actions.
• Follow up with internal teams to close complaints and answer queries.
• Adhere to quality standards for all customer interactions.
• Provide thorough onboarding information to new customers.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of relevant customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic and Hindi are a plus.
