About the role
MB Services, a fast-growing outsourcing company in Dubai specialising in customer care and back-office services, is hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative. The role handles customer enquiries and provides assistance through phone, email and chat, working in rotational shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance by phone, email and chat
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Solve customer issues quickly and effectively
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree
- Exceptional Italian fluency
- Computer literacy, phone etiquette, strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts; prior back-office experience is a plus
Required skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Italian language fluency
