About the role
Aspire Manpower Services, a UAE-based workforce solutions company offering manpower outsourcing, recruitment, payroll management and Employer of Record services, is hiring a Customer Service Representative. Fluency in English is mandatory, and fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate, timely support.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle complaints effectively and follow up until resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and documents.
- Meet customer service and call-handling targets.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience.
Required profile
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Previous customer service experience in the logistics industry is preferred.
What we offer
- Pay of AED 6,000 to 8,500 per month.
