Customer Support Agent (English Speaking)

About the role

Join a global remote support team dedicated to delivering outstanding assistance to players across a wide range of games. As the first point of contact, you will ensure fast, clear, and helpful responses to English‑speaking customers while working from anywhere in the United Arab Emirates.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming emails and support tickets promptly and professionally.
• Investigate and resolve player issues with a focus on quality and satisfaction.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of support workflows and internal processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to share knowledge and maintain consistent communication.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2C customer support or a similar client‑facing role.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑first mindset.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, international environment.
• Passion for gaming is strongly preferred.
