Cybersecurity Roles for UAE Nationals

About the role

Help AG is seeking UAE Nationals to join a range of cybersecurity positions that support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of security initiatives across the organization. These roles contribute to strengthening the company’s security posture while aligning with national cybersecurity strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to cyber threats in real time (SOC, threat hunting).
• Configure, maintain and operate next‑generation firewalls, routing and switching equipment.
• Support digital forensics investigations and incident response activities.
• Perform vulnerability assessments, penetration testing and strengthen defenses.
• Drive governance, risk and compliance (GRC) activities and manage risk registers.
• Contribute to cloud, application and OT/ICS security programs.
• Assist business development and sales teams with security expertise.

Required profile

• UAE National with a passion for securing the nation’s digital future.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, IT, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT or related domains.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
