Dairy Farm Director

About the role

The Dairy Farm Director will lead a large‑scale dairy operation in the GCC, reporting directly to the CEO. This senior position commands a 400‑person team of veterinarians, managers and frontline staff, and is responsible for delivering international‑standard herd health, production and welfare outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the farm’s strategic operating plan aligned with milk production and business targets.
• Oversee animal husbandry practices including breeding, nutrition, milking protocols, health management and welfare standards.
• Lead veterinary oversight, disease prevention, biosecurity protocols and treatment programs.
• Monitor and optimise milk yield, quality and milking‑parlour operations.
• Manage farm infrastructure, equipment and facility upkeep to ensure operational continuity.
• Build, coach and lead a multidisciplinary farm team (veterinary, management, frontline).
• Drive KPI management, budgeting and data‑driven decision‑making to improve productivity and cost efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 180 months (15 years) of experience in dairy farm management or a related agricultural leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage large, multi‑disciplinary teams and complex farm operations.
• Strong understanding of international animal welfare, food safety and certification standards.
