Dance Teacher – Full-Time, Part-Time & Cover Opportunities

About the role

Step Up Academy in Dubai is expanding its teaching team and is looking for enthusiastic dance educators. The role offers full‑time, part‑time and freelance cover opportunities across a range of dance genres, including street, commercial and RAD ballet.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver street and commercial dance classes to children and young people, adapting lessons to different ages and abilities.
• Provide RAD ballet instruction, covering maternity leave and supporting the growing ballet programme.
• Cover classes on an as‑needed basis across all dance styles, ensuring continuity of learning.
• Manage classroom dynamics, maintain safety and create a positive learning environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience teaching children and young people in dance.
• Professional, reliable and able to work independently.
• Qualified or experienced in the specific dance genre(s) you will teach.
• Legal right to work in the UAE with appropriate visa.
