About the role
Puffy is seeking a Data Analyst to work on a $1B+ e‑commerce platform in Dubai. The role focuses on experimentation, A/B testing, and optimizing conversion funnels using data‑driven insights.
Key responsibilities
- Design, execute, and statistically analyse A/B tests from hypothesis generation to actionable recommendations.
- Map multi‑device customer journeys, identify funnel leaks, and propose optimisation ideas.
- Build and maintain data pipelines for Shopify, GA4, Google Ads and BigQuery, integrating multiple data sources.
- Collaborate with marketing, UX and development teams to apply insights for site and campaign improvements.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, experimentation or CRO for e‑commerce, D2C or high‑traffic transactional sites.
- Advanced SQL skills (joins, window functions, CTEs) and basic Python or R for data manipulation.
- Hands‑on experience with GA4 event‑based tracking and statistical analysis of tests.
