Data Analyst – ICQA/LND Analytics (UAE National)

About the role

Amazon is a highly data‑driven company that relies on metrics to improve quality and inventory processes. As a Data Analyst on the ICQA/LND Analytics team, you will create reports, develop dashboards, and provide insights that help identify root causes of quality defects and inventory adjustments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop data collection processes, manage data systems, and design SQL queries to compile and report data.
• Create visualisations and dashboards using Amazon QuickSight to support business decision‑making.
• Automate analyses with Python and prepare regular reports for weekly, quarterly, and project reviews.
• Collaborate with ICQA, Learning, and Finance teams to interpret data trends and support leadership.
• Conduct in‑depth research on defect trends and present findings in clear, standard reports.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and effective communication.
• Experience communicating with leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage and execute large projects from start to finish.
• Understanding of business needs and translating them into analytical solutions.

Required skills

• SQL for data extraction and reporting.
