Information Technology Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Information Technology Coordinator to support the technology infrastructure of our resort in Ras Al‑Khaimah. You will provide first‑level technical assistance, maintain hardware and software assets, and ensure smooth IT operations for all staff.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Manage and monitor the IT ticketing system, prioritising and tracking resolutions.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, peripherals, and software applications.
• Perform routine system maintenance, updates and security patches.
• Maintain accurate inventory of IT equipment, licenses and software assets.
• Document procedures, solutions and system configurations for knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in IT support, help‑desk or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Strong knowledge of network fundamentals and basic troubleshooting.
• Experience with IT ticketing and asset management systems.
• Familiarity with hardware installation, configuration and maintenance.
• Experience with Active Directory user account management.
• Knowledge of cloud services such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services.
• Understanding of virtualization technologies and IT security principles.
