Data Analyst – SAP & AI

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst with deep expertise in SAP data ecosystems and a strong grasp of AI‑powered analysis techniques. The successful candidate will turn complex data sets into actionable insights that support digital government services and public‑sector transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse SAP data, identify trends and produce business‑focused insights.
• Map and document SAP‑related business services, integrations, and end‑to‑end workflows.
• Leverage Prompt Engineering and generative AI tools to enhance reporting, automation and decision‑making processes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI or Tableau.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders to align data solutions with digital service delivery frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics or a related field.
• Proven experience working with SAP data and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to apply AI platforms, LLM‑based solutions and automation tools in data analysis.
• Experience supporting government or public‑sector digital transformation projects is highly desirable.
