About the role
The Data Analyst will support the Annual Service Plan by providing supply forecasting, inventory analysis, and demand insights for assigned equipment systems.
Key responsibilities
- Provide annual supply forecasting requirements for the Annual Service Plan (ASP).
- Analyze OEM due‑ins, vendor deliveries, balance on hand, and store‑level repairable items.
- Coordinate with Technical Supply and Technical Planning departments on platform stock levels and maintenance trends.
- Review inventory data and advise on optimal line‑item stock levels for main stores.
- Establish safety and reserve levels for critical line items to ensure operational readiness.
- Maintain spares master data records and support demand analysis for assigned platforms.
- Facilitate requisition of authorised supplies and apply continuous‑improvement/LEAN principles.
- Ensure tools, test equipment, and high‑value property are serviceable, inventoried, and safeguarded.
