Data Architect - Enterprise Data & MDM

About the role

A leading diversified business group in Dubai is looking for an experienced Data Architect for a full-time, permanent position. The role leads enterprise-wide data architecture, master data management and data governance initiatives as part of a large-scale digital transformation journey. The position is based on site in Dubai.

Required profile

• 10+ years of relevant data experience, including 4+ years as a Data Architect.
• Experience leading enterprise data architecture or data migration for large ERP/CRM implementations.
• Strong expertise in MDM, data modelling, data governance and cloud data platforms.
• Experience working with enterprise architecture, integration teams and business stakeholders.
• Background in automotive, retail, real estate, manufacturing, healthcare or diversified business groups is advantageous.

Required skills

• Data strategy and data modelling (conceptual, logical, physical, canonical models)
• MDM frameworks, SAP MDG, golden records, data quality and governance
• SAP and Salesforce data architecture, ERP/CRM transformation, migration and integration
• Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake and Power BI
• ETL/ELT, APIs, MuleSoft, CDC, data pipelines and orchestration
• Data governance tools such as Microsoft Purview and Collibra, data lineage, data cataloguing and privacy compliance

Preferred certifications include DAMA CDMP, TOGAF and Azure or AWS data certifications.
