Data Officer - Property Listings and Transactions

About the role

Windmills Group, a UAE-based asset valuation, building consulting and management advisory firm, is looking for a Data Officer. The role keeps property listing, rental, sold and transaction data accurate and up to date for valuation assignments. It expects around 3,500 listings entered each month.

Key responsibilities

• Import and process off-plan, ready, sold, rental and listing transactions daily
• Ensure every transaction is accurately updated, verified and completed within the required timelines
• Identify and report duplicate, missing, incomplete or incorrect data and follow up on corrections
• Collect and verify market-comparable data directly from real estate agents and other sources
• Maintain fast turnaround times for data collection

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy and excellent data-entry productivity
• Good knowledge of real estate terminology, property types and comparable market data
• Ability to meet strict deadlines, daily targets and high-quality data standards
