Property Consultant - German Speaking

About the role

Alliance Capital Properties is a boutique advisory firm that advises private investors, families and institutions on luxury real estate acquisition. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Property Consultant German Speaker in Dubai to guide German-speaking clients through the luxury real estate acquisition process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property consultations and present suitable investment opportunities
• Manage client relationships from first contact through closing
• Prepare and deliver property proposals and organize viewings
• Support negotiations and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth transactions
• Research market trends and keep up to date with Dubai's luxury property market
• Contribute to sales strategies targeting German-speaking investors and collaborate with the advisory team

Required profile

• Strong consulting skills, advising clients on strategic real estate decisions and luxury asset acquisitions
• Fluent German and English, with the ability to present complex information clearly
• Solid customer service skills, building trust and responding promptly to client inquiries
• Proven sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management and closing real estate transactions
• Real estate knowledge, ideally in Dubai or similar luxury markets, including property valuation and market analysis
• Bachelor's degree (e.g. Business, Real Estate, Finance) or equivalent professional experience preferred
