Data Operations Manager

About the role

The Data Operations Manager will oversee cloud‑based data infrastructure, ensure compliance with international privacy regulations, and support autonomous‑driving data pipelines. This role bridges technical, regulatory, and quality teams to maintain reliable data flow.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cloud resource requests, technical reviews, provisioning, and access management across overseas platforms.
• Conduct data privacy and compliance assessments (GDPR, local data protection laws) for autonomous‑driving datasets.
• Coordinate with government and regulatory bodies to secure data compliance approvals and filings.
• Analyze autonomous‑driving software signals, perform preliminary issue diagnosis using EDR data.
• Investigate data loss or missing‑data incidents, identify root causes, and support R&D and Quality teams.
• Create, track, and resolve quality issues via JIRA tickets.

Required profile

• Familiarity with mainstream cloud platforms and overseas cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of GDPR and local personal data protection regulations.
• Understanding of autonomous‑driving software architecture and domain controller systems.
• Experience working with regulatory authorities and compliance reporting.
