Dealer – Forex Trading Operations (MT5)

About the role

The Dealer monitors client trading activities, manages market exposure, supervises trade execution, and ensures smooth and accurate operations on the MT5 platform. This role works closely with Risk, Operations, and Liquidity Provider teams to maintain compliance and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor clients' trades and open positions in real time.
• Manage MT5 dealing operations and trade execution.
• Track company exposure and A‑Book/B‑Book positions.
• Review spreads, pricing, swaps, commissions, and symbol settings.
• Identify scalping, latency arbitrage, bonus abuse, and suspicious trading activities.
• Monitor margin levels, stop‑outs, and high‑risk accounts.
• Coordinate trade hedging with liquidity providers when required.
• Investigate rejected orders, slippage, pricing, and execution complaints.
• Prepare daily dealing, exposure, and profitability reports.
• Ensure all dealing activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 month of experience in forex dealing or related operations.
• Experience monitoring client trades, spreads, liquidity, pricing, and margin levels.
• Proven ability to coordinate with Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams.
