Debt Capital Markets Lawyer – 3-5 PQE – International Law Firm – Dubai

About the role

The firm is seeking a Debt Capital Markets Associate to join its established Middle East practice in Dubai. This position offers exposure to sophisticated cross‑border debt transactions and the chance to develop within a leading international legal environment.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on debt capital markets transactions across the Middle East and international markets.
• Support the execution and structuring of DCM matters, collaborating with colleagues and clients in relevant jurisdictions.
• Draft and review transaction documentation, delivering clear, commercially focused legal advice.
• Work closely with partners and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality work on complex, high‑profile transactions.

Required profile

• 3–5 years post‑qualification experience in debt capital markets, preferably within a leading international law firm.
• Strong academic background from a top‑tier university.
• Ability to work effectively in an international team and manage demanding workloads in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in the UAE or wider Middle East market is advantageous but not essential.
