Demand Planner – Supply Chain Forecasting

About the role

The Demand Planner will own the end‑to‑end demand forecasting process for NCH’s multi‑brand portfolio covering healthcare, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food, FMCG and digital commerce. You will translate sales plans, promotions, new launches and market trends into a reliable SKU‑level demand signal.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain rolling SKU‑level forecasts across short, medium and long‑term horizons.
• Consolidate demand requirements across brands, business units, domestic trade, e‑commerce, export and tender channels.
• Lead the monthly demand review and support the broader Sales & Operations Planning process.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, bias and variance, and flag out‑of‑stock or excess inventory risks.
• Provide Supply Planning with timely demand signals for replenishment and purchasing decisions.
• Build dashboards and reports that communicate forecast performance, risks and required actions.
• Continuously improve demand planning processes, data quality and system usage.

Required profile

• Understanding of how demand planning impacts sales, product availability, inventory and working capital.
• Ability to balance statistical analysis with commercial insight and business judgement.
• Confidence to challenge sales forecasts using data and evidence.
• Experience working across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and senior stakeholders.
• Proactive ownership of forecast performance and willingness to address gaps.
