Demi Chef De Partie – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Demi Chef De Partie will support the Food & Beverage department in delivering seamless opening, service, and closing operations for our leisure facilities. You will prepare and cook menu items, control costs, and lead a team of Commis Chefs while assisting senior Chef de Parties in daily kitchen activities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly, helpful attitude and communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Uphold company values and contribute to departmental objectives and KPIs.
• Comply with UAE laws, health, safety, and environmental policies; report any safety concerns.
• Follow emergency procedures and assist with guest safety evacuations when required.
• Prepare, portion, and garnish dishes according to prescribed standards.
• Take charge of the section and act as Chef De Partie during their absence.
• Receive and inspect food supplies needed for menu preparation.
• Execute tasks assigned by the Chef De Partie and monitor product usage to reduce waste.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and hygienic at all times.

Required profile

• Higher Secondary education or equivalent.
