Demi Chef De Partie – Mobile Kitchen Role

About the role

The Demi Chef De Partie – Mobile will support the Food & Beverage department in delivering seamless kitchen operations for Miral Experiences' world‑class attractions. The role involves preparing and cooking food, controlling costs, and leading Commis Chefs while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, and garnish dishes according to prescribed methods and portion sizes.
• Lead and motivate Commis Chefs and support Chef de Parties in daily kitchen activities.
• Receive and inspect food supplies, monitor waste, and report over‑consumption.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment in line with UAE health and safety regulations.
• Assume responsibility for the section and act as Chef De Partie during their absence.

Required profile

• Higher Secondary or equivalent education.
• 1‑2 years experience in a similar role or 2 years as a Commis in a five‑star hotel.
• Ability to work under pressure, stand long hours, and communicate effectively in English.
• Professional kitchen apprenticeship or chef training course (desirable).
• 3‑4 years experience in quality establishments with strong culinary skills (desirable).

Required skills

• Culinary skills including food preparation, cooking, portioning and garnishing.
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene, safety, and waste control procedures.
