Dental Sales Consultant

About the role

As a Field Sales Consultant you will be the face of Oral‑B and P&G to dental health professionals, driving product usage and recommendations within dental practices across your territory.

Key responsibilities

• Visit a set number of dental professionals to educate them on the Oral‑B regimen.
• Raise awareness and encourage adoption of Oral‑B products among dental teams and their patients.
• Partner with dental professionals to convert recommendations into product usage.
• Attend dental industry events, trade fairs and conferences as required.
• Manage territory travel and maintain a strong presence in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Dentistry, Oral Hygiene, Pharmaceutical or a related scientific field.
• 3‑5 years of relevant FMCG or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Problem‑solver with strong organisation and time‑management abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel frequently.
• Willingness to reside in or relocate to Dubai/Abu Dhabi.
