Dental Technologist

About the role

Black Pearl Consult is seeking a skilled Dental Technologist to join its Dubai laboratory. The role involves fabricating, modifying, and repairing dental prostheses to meet precise clinical specifications and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Fabricate, modify and repair crowns, bridges, dentures, veneers and other dental appliances.
• Interpret dental prescriptions, impressions, scans and laboratory instructions accurately.
• Utilise digital dentistry technologies, including CAD/CAM systems and 3D printing, where applicable.
• Collaborate with dentists and laboratory staff to clarify case requirements and resolve technical issues.
• Inspect completed work for fit, function, aesthetics and compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure proper maintenance and safe use of laboratory equipment.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in Dental Technology or Dental Laboratory Technology.
• Previous experience in a dental laboratory or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage workload, meet deadlines and maintain consistent quality.
• Eligibility for UAE healthcare professional licensing requirements, where applicable.
