About the role
We are seeking an experienced Specialist Nephrologist to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The role involves diagnosing and managing both acute and chronic kidney diseases, providing comprehensive patient care.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic kidney diseases, including CKD, glomerulonephritis, electrolyte imbalances, and hypertension‑related renal disorders.
- Oversee dialysis patients, assess candidates for kidney transplantation, and coordinate follow‑up care.
- Interpret renal function tests, laboratory results, and imaging studies to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with urologists, intensivists, and other specialists to ensure holistic patient management.
Required profile
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
- MD/DNB in General Medicine with DM/DNB or equivalent specialization in Nephrology.
- Minimum 3 years of post‑specialization experience preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, diagnostic ability, and patient communication skills.
