Deputy Boutique Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role

The Deputy Boutique Manager will support the Boutique Director in leading two fashion boutiques at Dubai Duty Free. This senior retail position combines strategic partnership, team leadership, and brand stewardship to ensure the Chanel experience meets the highest luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Sales Managers, ensuring they understand and execute Chanel’s brand strategy.
• Coach, mentor, and provide regular feedback to managers to maximise individual and team performance.
• Act as a strategic partner to the Boutique Director on key projects, decision‑making and implementation of business plans.
• Represent the Boutique Director in their absence and maintain strong relationships within the retail community.
• Monitor business indicators across product categories and collaborate with Operations and Sales Managers to create action plans.
• Drive an exceptional client experience in partnership with Client Experience Managers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury or fashion retail management, preferably overseeing multiple stores.
• Strong leadership and people‑development capabilities.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate brand vision into operational results.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build internal and external relationships.
