Deputy Manager – Internal Audit

About the role

The Internal Audit Lead will drive advanced audit initiatives across multiple disciplines within the healthcare group. Reporting to senior management, the role combines rigorous audit methodology with strategic project management to safeguard organisational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and supervise complex internal audits covering finance, operations and compliance.
• Develop audit programmes that align with international auditing standards and internal performance criteria.
• Analyse audit data, identify risk exposures and recommend actionable improvements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure audit findings are addressed promptly.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports for senior leadership and the board.

Required profile

• Proven experience in internal audit, preferably within a large, multi‑site organisation.
• Strong understanding of audit standards, risk assessment and control frameworks.
• Excellent project management capabilities and ability to manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills to interact with senior management and cross‑functional teams.
