About the role
We are seeking a talented Dietary Nutritionist Chef to join our team in Fujairah. The role combines culinary creativity with a strong understanding of special diets, particularly plant‑based and vegetarian menus, to deliver healthy and appealing dishes.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and present a variety of healthy menus with attention to detail and creativity.
- Apply knowledge of plant‑based, vegetarian and other special diets in daily cooking.
- Utilise experience with diverse ethnic cuisines and cooking methods.
- Work efficiently in different kitchen environments, including other people’s kitchens.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining speed and quality.
Required profile
- Mandatory education in Hotel Management.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant culinary experience.
- Preferably certified as a Nutritionist or Dietitian.
Required skills
- Strong culinary skills with a focus on fresh, international, and healthy food styles.
- Detailed knowledge of plant‑based and vegetarian diet requirements.
- Ability to handle a variety of healthy menus quickly and accurately.
