Digital Marketing Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to lead and execute our affiliate marketing program. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive performance and maximise ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage day‑to‑day strategy for the affiliate program.
• Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with affiliates, ensuring compliance and high performance.
• Coordinate with production teams to optimise campaign requirements and ROI.
• Recruit new affiliates and partners to expand the network.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and recommend improvements.
• Monitor industry trends, benchmarks and emerging opportunities.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional languages a plus.
• Background in finance, business management or economics is advantageous.
• Strong analytical mindset.
• Proven experience in affiliate or similar digital marketing roles is a plus.
• Relevant digital marketing education or courses are a plus.
