Digital Marketing Coordinator – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

Join the digital marketing team of a leading luxury hotel group and help deliver exceptional online experiences across award‑winning lifestyle destinations. You will coordinate website projects, maintain business listings and produce insightful digital performance reports in a fast‑paced, creative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support website request management by liaising with internal teams and external development agencies.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and ad‑hoc digital marketing reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Conduct regular website audits and quality‑assurance checks to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Manage and maintain business listings on Google Business Profile, Apple Business Connect, Bandsintown and other third‑party platforms.
• Keep business information, operating hours, event details and digital assets up to date across all platforms.
• Track project progress, maintain Asana boards and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Required profile

• Outgoing and approachable, able to connect seamlessly with colleagues and external partners.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with strong follow‑up skills and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with Google Business Profile, Apple Business Connect, Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics.
• Experience using project‑management tools such as Asana.
