Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

The Senior Manager, Client Experience and Partnerships leads Atelio's relationship marketing, overseeing CRM, clienteling, experiential marketing, PR and brand partnerships to turn attention into lasting, valuable relationships with private clients and the design community.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the client experience and CRM strategy for private clients, architects and interior designers.
• Lead segmentation, lifecycle programmes and client insight, building a clienteling framework with the sales department.
• Shape an annual programme of launches, private viewings, trade gatherings and international fairs, measuring acquisition, conversion and retention.
• Lead joint marketing plans and co‑investment with partner brands, and evolve the regional PR strategy.
• Own the budget, KPIs and reporting for the function, presenting results to senior leadership.
• Build and develop the team, manage agencies and suppliers, and set service standards.

Required profile

• 8+ years in marketing, with at least 4 years leading CRM, client experience or experiential marketing.
• Background in a relationship‑led sector such as fashion, jewellery, beauty, auction houses, galleries, design, hospitality or real estate.
• Strategic and hands‑on mindset with strong analytical and creative judgement.
• Proven ability to earn confidence of senior leadership, partner brands and discerning clients.
• Experience managing budgets and agencies, fluent in English; Arabic and Saudi experience valued.
