Digital Marketing & Employer Branding Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative, results‑driven Digital Marketing & Employer Branding Specialist to boost Dautom’s digital presence, increase brand awareness and attract top talent. The role will combine digital marketing campaign management, social media stewardship and employer‑branding initiatives, working closely with leadership, HR, recruitment and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑channel digital marketing strategies to raise brand visibility and drive engagement.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid and organic social media campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
• Create and schedule content calendars, produce posts, blogs, case studies, employee and client success stories, infographics and short‑form videos.
• Monitor performance metrics, produce analytics reports and recommend improvements.
• Support lead‑generation efforts for technology consulting, workforce solutions and managed services.
• Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition to showcase company culture, values and employee experiences.
• Build executive visibility on professional platforms and promote recruitment campaigns.

• Proven experience in planning and executing digital marketing and employer‑branding campaigns.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with leadership, HR, recruitment and sales teams.
• Strong communication skills and attention to brand voice consistency.
