Digital Marketing & Growth Manager – Commercial Real Estate

About the role

Office Square is seeking a Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to lead its digital strategy across a portfolio of premium serviced offices and business centres in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, increasing brand visibility and supporting occupancy growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive enquiries, tours and leasing opportunities.
• Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Remarketing and Performance Max.
• Monitor lead generation funnels, conversion rates and report on CPL, CPA and ROAS.
• Implement SEO strategies, including technical SEO, on‑page optimisation, backlink building and local SEO.
• Maintain and update company websites, landing pages and property listings using WordPress.
• Create and manage blogs, newsletters, case studies, email campaigns and social media content.
• Coordinate photography, videography, virtual tours and promotional material production.
• Manage social platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and others.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and analyse competitor activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience.
• At least 3 years in commercial real estate, serviced offices, coworking or related property sectors.
• Proven track record of managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable lead generation.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, website management and content marketing.
