Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Fliixa Agency is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with real‑estate experience to join its Abu Dhabi team. The role combines performance‑driven paid media management with hands‑on social media oversight for the agency and three client accounts. Immediate start and strong English communication are required.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, monitor and optimise lead‑generation campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn and Google Ads.
• Design campaign structures, audience targeting, ad copy and provide performance recommendations.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences and landing pages.
• Prepare performance reports with insights and next steps.
• Manage social media channels for the agency and three clients, creating monthly and weekly strategies, content calendars and publishing schedules.
• Ensure consistent brand tone, messaging and visual direction across all accounts.
• Handle community management by replying to comments, direct messages and escalating sales opportunities.

Required profile

• Currently based in Abu Dhabi and able to start immediately.
• Very good command of English.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, especially lead‑generation campaigns.
• Hands‑on experience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
