Digital Persona Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Digital Persona Designer to craft the identity, behavior, and communication style of AI‑powered digital personas and virtual humans. In this hands‑on position you will work closely with AI engineers, conversation designers, visual artists, and product teams to deliver believable, engaging characters across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design complete persona concepts, including background, personality, values, motivations and behavioral traits.
• Create persona profiles, character bibles, identity guidelines and interaction specifications.
• Define voice, tone, vocabulary, conversational patterns and emotional expression for each persona.
• Translate creative concepts into practical behavioral and conversational guidelines for LLM‑powered applications.
• Collaborate with AI and prompt‑engineering teams to embed persona characteristics into AI models.
• Produce sample dialogues, scenarios, emotional states and interaction flows to illustrate persona behavior.
• Ensure consistency between visual identity, voice, language, gestures and overall digital presence.
• Work with UX and product teams to design persona‑driven user experiences.
• Research psychology, storytelling, acting and cultural behavior to improve realism.
• Test personas, identify inconsistencies and refine based on user feedback and interaction data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Psychology, Communication, Creative Writing, Performing Arts, Game Design, HCI, AI or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital design, character development, UX, storytelling, conversational design, interactive media, gaming or AI products.
• Proven ability to create distinctive, coherent digital characters or interactive experiences.
• Strong understanding of human behavior, communication, storytelling and emotional expression.
• Excellent writing and narrative skills.
