Digital Product Specialist - UAE Nationals

About the role

Emirates NBD is recruiting a Digital Product Specialist (UAE Nationals) to support customer acquisition and deposit growth within Retail Products, part of Retail Banking & Wealth Management. Reporting to the Senior Manager Digital Growth - Liabilities, the role develops campaigns to attract new customers and grow deposits from existing ones, in line with the bank's digital growth agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Identify campaign opportunities and streamline campaign management processes to support customer acquisition and deposit growth.
• Keep all sales channels and customer segments up to date on campaigns, and develop sales kits, collateral and brochures.
• Monitor competitor campaigns across the UAE, share monthly snapshots and recommend initiatives based on market opportunities and government policy changes.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and run regular reviews to align programmes with business goals.
• Drive new money inflows and grow existing customer deposits through targeted campaigns and segment-specific programmes.
• Support digital acquisition and new money growth, and monitor campaign-related account bookings, funding and growth contributions.
• Manage customer complaints across channels, set service-level agreements and resolution and escalation processes, and use root cause analysis to fix recurring issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree; an MBA in General Management is desirable but not essential.
• At least two years of relevant experience in sales, product management, product development or marketing of banking or FMCG products.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills, with strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
