Digital Proposition & Trading Manager

About the role

The Digital Proposition & Trading Manager will own the end‑to‑end digital real‑estate strategy for du, driving acquisition, retention and revenue growth across web and app channels. You will work closely with product, design, content and media teams to translate business priorities into compelling digital propositions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep segment insights and shape the digital proposition roadmap.
• Manage the digital trading calendar, coordinating banners, tiles, carousels, push notifications and in‑app messages.
• Plan, execute and monitor multi‑channel campaigns to meet acquisition, retention and ARPU targets.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities through personalized placements and lifecycle journeys.
• Report weekly performance, conduct A/B tests and provide optimisation recommendations.
• Monitor competitor tactics and continuously improve conversion funnels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or equivalent experience.
• 3‑5 years of experience in digital trading, digital marketing or eCommerce performance management.
• Strong understanding of digital ecosystems (web, app, CMS, personalization engines).
• Proven track record of improving traffic, engagement and conversion on internal digital assets.
