About the role
The Director of Competencies & Performance Evaluation will lead the department responsible for employee performance, competency development, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the department, ensuring effective performance and clear responsibilities.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and strategic plans for performance management.
- Design performance evaluation frameworks, competency criteria, and quality measures.
- Identify high‑potential employees and create talent, professional development, and succession plans.
- Analyze performance data, develop improvement plans, and report to senior management.
Required profile
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Business Administration.
- 10 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 7 years with a Master’s, or 4 years with a Doctorate.
- Proven experience in leading performance management and competency development initiatives.
