About the role
The Procurement Manager will lead sourcing, contract management and supplier performance for outsourced services, working closely with suppliers, clients and internal sales and operations teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute end‑to‑end sourcing strategies, RFQs, RFPs and tender evaluations.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, SLAs and risk allocation while managing contract registers and renewals.
- Maintain strategic supplier relationships, conduct scorecards and resolve escalated issues.
- Lead client meetings, present proposals and identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
Required profile
- 7–10 years of procurement, sourcing or contract management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven client‑facing experience in outsourced or professional services, strong commercial judgment and executive presence.
Required skills
- Experience with procurement ERP systems such as Dynamics 365, SAP or Oracle.
- Strong negotiation, contract drafting and supplier performance management abilities.
