Director of Food & Beverage Revenue & Reservations

About the role

Jumeirah is seeking a senior leader to own the commercial performance of its Signature Restaurants. The Director will transform reservation systems into strategic revenue tools and partner closely with culinary and front‑of‑house teams to maximise occupancy and guest value.

Key responsibilities

• Drive seat‑level revenue across all Signature Restaurants, converting demand into occupancy, revenue and high‑value guest flow.
• Elevate reservation platforms into precision‑driven commercial instruments, managing access, pacing and availability while preserving each venue’s exclusivity.
• Analyse demand patterns in real time and collaborate with culinary and front‑of‑house leadership to capture revenue opportunities.
• Design bespoke booking strategies that align with each restaurant’s identity, balancing commercial ambition with service excellence.
• Convert all demand touchpoints—including brand campaigns and client relationships—into confirmed, high‑quality reservations.
• Leverage guest data and CRM tools to deliver personalised dining experiences, driving repeat patronage and long‑term loyalty.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in revenue management, reservations or commercial analytics within luxury hospitality or premium F&B.
• At least 3–5 years managing multi‑outlet or high‑volume F&B operations.
• Proven track record of translating demand insights into revenue growth.
• Strong partnership skills with culinary and front‑of‑house teams.
