Director of Fund Raising (Ref: 53338)

About the role

The Director of Fund Raising will join the senior leadership team of a large diversified holding group in Sharjah. This newly created position is responsible for structuring and securing capital for future acquisitions, investments and joint ventures, supporting the group’s diversification strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the capital structure for new deals and acquisitions.
• Raise required funds through banks, financial institutions, fund managers and family offices.
• Build and lead the Fund Raising and Investor Relations teams.
• Develop processes and frameworks for fundraising and IR activities.
• Source and evaluate co‑investment and joint‑venture opportunities via GP and LP channels.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in fund raising, investment banking, private equity or private placement.
• Proven track record of executing large‑scale capital raises.
• Extensive network of investors and institutional partners in the UAE.
• Fluency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
