Director of Gaming Special Events

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Director of Gaming Special Events to lead the development and execution of its gaming marketing and events strategy, driving visitation, loyalty and revenue for the upcoming integrated resort.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual gaming marketing and events plan, including player development initiatives, major tournaments, themed events and VIP experiences.
• Oversee design, budgeting and delivery of all gaming events and promotions, coordinating with F&B, hotel, security and finance teams.
• Lead the Gaming Event Specialists team, set performance KPIs and ensure brand consistency and responsible gambling standards.
• Manage annual budgets, forecast spend, negotiate vendor contracts and produce ROI reports for senior leadership.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in gaming marketing, events or luxury hospitality, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑impact gaming events and marketing campaigns.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or Hospitality Management.
• Experience in regulated gaming jurisdictions and multilingual ability (Arabic, Mandarin or Russian a plus).
